December Goals
This month I would like to Nourish my bodaaaaay: I hope to drink lots of yummy tea, eat a balance of food from festive plant based nommies to little bits of chocolate. I have a work do, meet up with friends and a family party so I will try to plan some decent vegan options so that I am not left out! Spread the festive cheer. Yaaas lets embrace some of that Christmassy good stuff every day: I want to spend time a bit more time with my family, friends and colleagues, but also support others who may be struggling at this time of year. Embrace the Self Love club: I will try to be kinder towards myself especially when anxiety kicks in. I will try to remember that being social and joining in with the celebrations tends to make make others and myself happy. Make time for moving : Eeek the cold dark weather makes it feel more difficult for me to do this, buuuut I cant deny that those endorphins after exercise top every thing.
