December Goals

This month I would like to
  • Nourish my bodaaaaay: I hope to drink lots of  yummy tea, eat a balance of food from festive plant based nommies to little bits of chocolate. I have a work do, meet up with friends and a family party so I will try to plan some decent vegan options so that I am not left out!
  • Spread the festive cheer. Yaaas lets embrace some of that Christmassy good stuff every day: I want to spend time a bit more time with my family, friends and colleagues, but also support others who may be struggling at this time of year. 
  • Embrace the Self Love club: I will try to be kinder towards myself especially when anxiety kicks in. I will try to remember that being social and joining in with the celebrations tends to make make others and myself happy.
  • Make time for moving : Eeek the cold dark weather makes it feel more difficult for me to do this, buuuut I cant deny that those endorphins after exercise top every thing. I find that it shifts the stress and makes me feel ready to take on the world. I will keep it simple with little walks and any thing extra is a bonus.
  • Get my Blog on!: I enjoy sharing my thoughts, reflections and photos of things that make me smile. Hopefully they might help you explore things and smile too. I hope to do a Christmas mental health countdown.
